Conditions for quotes, funding an exchange, private status access, and deposit or refund problems at no1.exchange.
→Create an order before sending funds. Check its asset, network, amount, destination, and deposit instructions; the current provider response determines availability and exchange progress.
Scope and effective date
Effective date: 2026-10-05. These conditions cover estimate requests, exchange creation, and private status lookup at no1.exchange. The exchange processor receives the details needed to calculate estimates and process orders. Exchange instructions are not a recommendation to buy or hold an asset. Use the workflow only for transactions you are entitled to make; do not attempt to access another person's private order. These conditions do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Quotes, fees, and route availability
A quote is a response for the selected asset and network pair, amount, and amount direction at the time of the request. Availability, rates, limits, and receiving amounts can change between requests. Check the values returned for the current order before funding it. A missing fee, limit, or expiry field does not mean the route is free, unlimited, or open indefinitely.
Use the current provider response, not a rate shown in an earlier quote
Check any fee, limit, or expiry information returned for the order
Do not treat unavailable values as zero or as a guarantee
Creating and funding an exchange
A successful creation request gives you a private exchange ID and the order details returned by the provider. Order creation does not mean a deposit has arrived or the exchange has completed. Send only the selected asset on the specified sending network to the deposit address shown for that order, using the amount and any memo or tag in its instructions. Do not fund an order after its payment window has expired.
Create the order before sending funds
Use its deposit address, not the receiving address as a deposit substitute
Keep the exchange ID, order number, and transaction hash
Destination, network, and wallet checks
Check that your receiving wallet accepts the selected asset and network, and that the destination address is correct. A successful address-format check does not establish wallet ownership or prove that a wallet or exchange accepts the deposit. If the route requires a memo or tag, make sure you can supply it before creating the order. Transfers to an incorrect address or network may be irreversible; recovery is not guaranteed.
Match the asset and network on both sides of the exchange
Use a destination you are entitled to use
Never provide a seed phrase or private key to resolve an exchange problem
Status, timing, and private access
The private status page shows the latest stored provider state. Status requests and signed provider updates refresh the exchange record when those services are available. Network confirmations, provider processing, liquidity, and the destination network affect timing; no universal completion time is promised. A completed status means the provider reported completion. Use the returned transaction ID, when available, to check delivery on the correct network. Access uses the order cookie or the exchange ID together with the original destination address.
Expired, failed, and refunding orders
Do not send funds to an expired order or send another payment to resolve a pending status. A REFUND state is a provider status, not proof that funds have reached your wallet. This workflow has no self-service cancellation or refund-request control. A failed or mismatched transaction does not carry a guaranteed refund or recovery, and no fixed refund amount or deadline is promised here. Keep the original order number, transaction hash, asset, and network when investigating a problem.
Check the original order before creating a replacement
Trace transactions on the network actually used
Do not send additional funds or wallet credentials as a workaround
