Exchange help

Check your crypto exchange status

See whether your deposit is awaiting confirmation, your exchange is processing, or your payout is being sent.

Use the private Exchange ID from your order. If asked to open access, enter that order’s original receiving address.

Open the exchange you already created

Use your no1 Exchange ID, such as AC-7KQ4, or your saved private exchange link. This opens an existing order; it does not search the blockchain or create another exchange. You do not need to connect a wallet or send another transfer.

  1. Find exchange.

Enter the ID or paste your private exchange link into Exchange ID, then select Find exchange.

  2. Open access, if asked.

In Receiving address, enter the original destination address you supplied when creating this exchange, then select Open exchange. Do not enter the deposit address or a transaction hash.

Keep your private link out of public posts. A separate processing order number in the summary is not the no1 ID accepted by this lookup.

What your order status means

A status is an order update, not an independent check of your wallet balance.

Deposit confirmation, exchange processing and payout delivery are different stages. An unknown code is not proof of success or failure.

NEWAwaiting deposit
Check this order’s payment instructions before sending.
PENDINGAwaiting confirmations
The deposit has been reported as detected. Check Deposit transaction and Confirmations when supplied; do not pay again.
EXCHANGEExchange processing
This is later than deposit confirmation. It does not mean the payout has been delivered.
WITHDRAWPayout processing
A Payout transaction may be supplied, or may still say Not provided.
DONECompletion reported
COMPLETE and COMPLETED also display as completed. Use the payout transaction to check delivery; the status alone does not verify your balance.
EXPIREDPayment window expired
Do not fund the old deposit address. If you already sent a deposit, keep the investigation with the original order.
REFUNDRefund state
This does not confirm that a refund reached you, or promise that a refund is currently in progress.
UNKNOWNUnrecognized status
Keep the order ID and the exact displayed code. Do not infer that funds were received or lost.

Non-final orders refresh every five seconds. Automatic updates stop on DONE, EXPIRED, REFUND, COMPLETE or COMPLETED. That refresh interval is not an exchange-time estimate.

Your Exchange ID is not a transaction hash

no1 Exchange ID
Identifies your request on this website. Use it in the order lookup.
Processing order number
A separate reference for the exchange being processed. It is not the ID accepted by the no1 lookup.
TxID · transaction hash
Identifies one transfer on a particular blockchain. On Solana, the identifier is a transaction signature. One exchange can have separate deposit and payout transactions.
  • Find the deposit TxID at the sender. Open the outgoing transfer in the wallet or exchange that sent your funds. An internal withdrawal reference is not necessarily a blockchain TxID.
  • Separate deposit from payout. In PENDING, Deposit transaction is the reported incoming transfer. In WITHDRAW or DONE, Payout transaction or Transaction hash refers to the outgoing payout.
  • Not provided is a missing field. It does not, by itself, prove that no transfer exists.
  • REFUND is not a refund receipt. The current order view does not expose a separate refund TxID, amount or destination. Do not treat the original deposit or payout identifier as evidence of a refund.

You paid. What should you check next?

Broadcast → confirmation → exchange processing → payout. Keep every check with the original order.

Your private Exchange ID opens the no1 order. A public blockchain TxID looks up a transfer on its actual network. Keep the Exchange ID and private link out of public posts. The explorers below offer free, read-only transaction lookup without a wallet connection or payment; a TxID can reveal public wallet activity.

  1. Check whether the deposit was broadcast

If the order is NEW after you submitted a withdrawal, open the sending wallet or exchange’s transfer history. Check whether it is queued or has a blockchain TxID. A withdrawal reference or website timeout is not proof of broadcast or failure. Do not repeat the payment while the first attempt is unresolved.

  2. Check the transaction on the network used

Search the deposit TxID on the mainnet actually used. Check the transaction result and block inclusion, then match the recipient, asset and amount to the order instructions.

Pending is not failed. A failed Ethereum, BSC or TRON transaction can incur a network fee without delivering the intended payment. If a search shows no result, recheck the identifier and network with the sender. On Solana, a recent transfer may not appear at the confirmation level being checked yet. An empty result is not proof of lost funds or a reason to send another deposit.

    Bitcoin · BTC mainnet

Use Mempool (opens in a new tab). Check the TxID, confirmation status, block height and block time when included.

    • Find the output or outputs paying the order’s deposit address and their BTC amount.
    • The total of all outputs may include change back to the sender. The transaction fee is separate from the recipient amount.
    Ethereum · ETH or ERC-20

Use Etherscan (opens in a new tab). Check Transaction Hash, Status, Block, Timestamp and From.

    • For ETH, match To and Value.
    • For ERC-20, inspect the token transfer recipient, amount and contract address. The transaction’s To can be the token contract; its native ETH Value is not the token amount.
    • Compare the contract with the issuer’s official Ethereum contract and the recipient’s accepted asset.
BNB Smart Chain · BNB or BEP-20

Use BscScan (opens in a new tab), not Etherscan. Check Transaction Hash, Status, Block, Timestamp and From.

    • For BNB, match To and Value.
    • For BEP-20, match the token transfer recipient, amount and contract address to the intended BSC asset.
    • The same 0x address on Ethereum does not make the networks interchangeable.
    TRON · TRX or TRC-20

Use TRONSCAN (opens in a new tab). Check the transaction hash, result, confirmation state, block and timestamp.

    • For TRX, match the sender, recipient and amount.
    • For TRC-20, inspect the token transfer recipient, amount and contract address against the issuer’s official TRON contract and the recipient’s accepted asset.
    • A contract call or network fee alone is not evidence of the intended token transfer.
  3. Compare the deposit with the order

Compare the on-chain deposit with Deposit transaction, Confirmations and the current status. A successful on-chain transfer does not prove that the exchange has credited it. PENDING and EXCHANGE report different stages; neither is a payout receipt. Keep any mismatch with the original order ID.

A confirmation count is not a processing deadline. Do not infer a required count or completion time from the block count or the five-second refresh.

  4. Trace the separate payout

In WITHDRAW or DONE, check Payout transaction on the receiving network with the matching explorer. Not provided does not prove that no payout exists.

If it succeeded to the intended destination but a custodial balance is missing, check that custodian’s deposit record and required memo or tag. REFUND needs its own refund TxID, network, recipient and amount; the deposit TxID is not a refund receipt. Do not send more funds to resolve any of these stages.

A lookup error is not a failed payment

Fix the lookup without sending another deposit. A website connection error cannot tell you whether an already broadcast transfer succeeded.

Invalid Exchange ID
Copy the no1 ID from your saved link: two letters, a hyphen and four characters. A processing order number or TxID will not work.
Order not found · 404
Check the original ID and link. Do not assume the transfer was refunded or start a second funded order to locate it.
Receiving address mismatch · 403
Use the original payout address, preserving its spelling. This is an access check, not a way to replace the destination.
Connection interrupted or status unavailable
Check your connection and retry the same lookup, or reopen your saved private link. Keep the existing transfer record while the status cannot be loaded.

Keep the facts for a missing-payment investigation

The order view does not list a no1 support email, chat or refund-request form. Keep the records below for any investigation of the original order. A third-party contact page alone does not mean it handles no1 orders. Do not send your records to an unverified Telegram account or an address found in search results.

  • Order details. Record the no1 Exchange ID, the separate processing order number as displayed, the status and the exact error message.
  • Transfer details. Keep the deposit TxID, asset, network, amount received on-chain and sending time with its timezone. Add a payout TxID only if supplied.
  • Missing custodial credit. Use your sending or receiving custodian’s authenticated support channel for its own withdrawal or deposit. It cannot promise a refund of the exchange.
  • Private records only. For an order investigation, share only the necessary details privately with a channel that explicitly handles no1 orders. Never publish your private exchange link or access cookies; never share a seed phrase or private keys.

The order view does not give a response-time commitment or refund deadline.
